SPRING IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER... AND WE ARE SO EXCITED!

SPRING SESSION

Begins Monday April 6

We have added spots to the most popular classes as we try to clear our waitlists and get everyone in to the class they are wanting.

PG TRAINING LEOTARD

Our first ever training leotard available club wide, size toddler-teen medium. Made from the same super soft GymGear material like the leotards on the rack. Available by preorder only until April 10. If you are unsure of your athletes size, please check out the leotards we have in stock.

SURVEY

Please follow the link to participate in our Programming Survey. Participation is vital for the growth of our programs, this helps us know what our community needs. We welcome all feedback.

For participating, you will be entered into a draw for some prizes. Prizes include a gym bag, t-shirt and drop in passes.

PAINTING

We will begin repairing/painting walls around the gym, starting in the lobby. We will be using low VOC paint, and will be painting small areas at a time, on days we are closed to limit any odor. We are so excited to get a refresh thanks to our friends at Home Hardware and our bottle drive efforts!

SUMMER PROGRAMMING

We are working hard to get our summer schedule available soon. This year we are bringing you mini camps, mini rec class sessions, drop ins and birthday parties! For summer birthday parties, please email the office gymnasticsponoka@gmail.com

GYM CLOSURES

With it being competition season, many of our coaches have to be away at the same time, and our closest competition is 45 mins away (many 1.5-5 hours from home). This leads to some unavoidable closures for drop in. We have added a drop in schedule to our website (under the drop in tab, or at the bottom of every page). This will be updated as needed and will be shared on Facebook as well. Please check the schedule before heading to the gym.

We are closed Friday and Saturday this weekend for Easter.

BOARD MEMBERS WANTED

Hello Parents,

Are you passionate about gymnastics and want to help shape the future of the Ponoka Gymnastics Club? Our 2025/2026 Board of Directors and General Manager have been hard at work, and we’re looking to add a few more dedicated volunteers to our team.

The Ponoka Gymnastics Club Board of Directors is currently seeking:

• Secretary – Responsible for taking accurate meeting records and preparing meeting minutes for sharing.
• Director – Help with grant writing efforts, including identifying opportunities and supporting application development. Grant writing, like everything on our board, is a team effort.

The Board meets approximately every 3 weeks.
