DROP IN RULES
- Everyone on the gym floor must fill out a waiver on their first visit from July 1 - June 30.
- All participants must sign in before entering the gym
- Respect all staff and coaches
- No food, drinks or gum in the gym – Water bottles are ok
- One at a time on all equipment
- Clean up and respect all the equipment you have used
- No babies in carriers or strollers allowed on the floor
- If paying by e-transfer, proof of payment must be shown to the coach
ATTIRE
Any athletic wear will do such as a t-shirt and shorts, leggings or a leotard etc. Shirts should be form-fitting and long enough to be tucked in. No jewelry is allowed to be worn by the participant. We ask that you refrain from things like jeans, buttons, zippers, hooded sweaters, skirts, dresses or any large embellishments, as they may damage the equipment and/or cause injury to the participant. Long hair must be tied back.
Tween's (ages 8+)

Friday 7:00 – 9:00 pm
-Children 8-9 must have a parent / guardian in the building (no drop off)
-Children age 10-18 may be dropped off but must be signed in and out by a parent / guardian and we must have a contact phone number each time.
Family (All ages)
$15.00
Saturday 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
-Children under the age of 2 are free with an older sibling.
-Children 3 years old and under must be within arm’s reach and have active supervision from their caregiver at all times.
-Children 4-9 must have a parent / guardian in the building (no drop off)
